1- Take a pan with a bit of olive oil, and put in some chorrizzo, ham and red onions, stir fry. Take the Sauerkraut out of the jar, put in another pan with a lot of water and stir to rince off most of the vinegar and salt (depending on the brand you bought). Transfer in a strainer and rinse under cold water, then put it in the pan with the chorrizzo, stir and cover for a while.
2- Eat !
