Oyster Shrooms with Chops!
Wow! just 4 ingredients!!!! How Paleo Guy can you get!!!!
So simple and so tasty, this is what I like about my Paleo way of life, no bland filler, no pasta, no breads, no potatos…. I mean these things can be good, but most of the time it’s what you put on top of them that gives it the taste. So here goes my recipe!
1- Take some cabbage leaves and cut them in 2 inch squares, and cover the bottom of the pan with them (oil the pan first!), but leave a space in the center so that the chops will be able to brown. Then cut 2 tomatoes in half, place them on top, then the pleurotte / oyster mushrooms (now you can speak french!), and finally the chops in the middle. That’s it! Put some herbs and cover!
2- Just before serving put a bit of goat cheese on the chops! I served it with a side dish of cucumbers and olives.
Then serve and enjoy!!!!!!Maim!!!!
