Who is Guy the Healthy Paleo Guy ?
I’ve discovered the Paleo way of life and I want to share with you my journey. As I learn and experience more and more I will post for you my recipes, my reflections and segments of my journey such as with waterfasting and weight training!
This is how I used to look in 2003 at a whooping 230 pounds (105 kilos)
Wow, I didn’t know otherwise then!
When I started to develop sleep apnea, and worried my wife who watched me while I stopped breathing at night, I decided to change. I started an exercise routine and followed better nutrition, and lo and behold my wife became pregnant. Is there a connection? I think so!
Today in september 2010!
Today after my third waterfast I now weight 165 pounds (75 kilos) and my journey goes on as my new challenge is to build on this new body more muscles through proper nutrition and activities ( I won’t called them ‘exercises’, same as I don’t eat a ‘diet’, but practice a way of life!)
