No, it’s not Britney Spears but Guy the Healthy Paleo Guy (maybe not as cute but I’m working on it!!!). HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a technique that involves alternating between short intense bursts of exertion periods and periods of recovery. It is cardio performed at such an intense level that your body will spend the rest of the day expending energy to recover.
Actually I did it on monday September 27th, 2010!
Here’s a 4 minutes video of my first session today! Can you guess which part of my body is hurting tonight? It’s the legs, specially the calves!!! Ouaaaaa! It’s from the Lunges, one of the Favorite torture tool of the trainers!!!

Which exercise program should I start????
Ok everyone, Good Morning!!! Sept 16, 2010
So I’ve made my Oath of Paleo Health to all of you, and so far it’s going very well. Since I finished my third water fast my weight has been stable, 165lbs, 75kg, which is excellent, because the body has a mind of it’s own. It can decide to downregulate or upregulate its metabolism, fool around with its hormones, retain or release more toxins or nutrients….. Which is why calories in calories out just don’t work, and why diets and water fasting for weight loss doesn’t cut it! It’s called Human homeostasis:
#1 Bag throwing!
We have a wonderful body, we have an ingenious body. It’s too bad we forgot how to use it and how to enjoy it! Here’s my first Paleo style activity to reconnect with our physique and to strive for perfect overall health: I call it Bag Throwing!.
First, go to your hardware store and buy a bag of sand, cement, whatever. I got myself a 25 pounds bag (11.5kg). Wrap it up in a old or new curtain shower (supercheap) and put as much ducktape as you want!
